This Privacy Policy explains how Uniqe Corporation, trading as 3i System ("we", "us"), collects and uses personal data when you visit 3isystm.com, contact us, or buy our solutions. We are the data controller for the personal data described here.
1. Data we collect
- Enquiry details: your name, business name, email, phone or WhatsApp number, country, website, business type and size, and whatever you tell us about your requirements, budget and timeline.
- Order details: the solutions you buy and your contact details. Payment card details are collected and processed by Paddle, not by us.
- Usage and marketing data: the page you arrived on, the referring site, and campaign (UTM) parameters, plus technical data such as browser type and IP address collected by our hosting and analytics providers.
- Communications: emails, calls and messages you exchange with us.
2. How we use it
- To respond to enquiries and prepare proposals (steps you request before entering a contract).
- To deliver, support and invoice the solutions you buy (performance of a contract).
- To understand which pages and campaigns bring us enquiries and improve our website and advertising (our legitimate interests).
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations (legal obligation).
We do not sell your personal data.
3. Who we share it with
- Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record, which processes payments, taxes and refunds under its own privacy policy.
- Netlify, which hosts this website and receives enquiry form submissions.
- OpenAI, whose measurement pixel on our website helps us measure the performance of our advertising.
- Google Fonts, which serves the fonts used on this website.
- Service providers that help us build and run your solution, only as needed to deliver it, and authorities where required by law.
Some of these providers are located outside India, including in the United States. Where data is transferred internationally we rely on the providers' contractual safeguards.
4. Cookies and local storage
Our Solutions page stores your package selections in your browser's local storage, and your campaign parameters in session storage, so they are remembered while you browse. Our advertising pixel may set cookies or similar identifiers. You can clear these at any time through your browser settings.
5. How long we keep data
We keep enquiry data for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, and client and order records for as long as required by tax and accounting law (generally 8 years in India). After that we delete or anonymise it.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live, including under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023, the EU and UK GDPR, and US state privacy laws, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, to withdraw consent, and to nominate someone to exercise your rights. To make a request, email info@3isystm.com. We will respond within 30 days. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
7. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access controls. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.
8. Children
Our services are for businesses and are not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect their personal data.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
