These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of solutions and services offered on 3isystm.com. 3i System is a trading name of Uniqe Corporation ("we", "us", "our"), registered at AF 20, 2nd Floor, Central Market, Sector 120, Noida 201301, Uttar Pradesh, India. By placing an order or using our services you ("you", "the client") agree to these Terms.
1. Our order process and Paddle
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service enquiries relating to payment and handles returns. Paddle's Buyer Terms also apply to your purchase.
2. What we provide
Each solution listed on our Solutions page describes what is included in its standard implementation and its fixed price. After purchase we contact you to confirm your setup details, then configure, build and launch the solution for your business, and hand it over in working order.
Work that falls outside the listed scope, such as additional integrations, custom features or extra pages, is not included in the listed price. We will agree any such work and its cost with you in writing before we start it.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars and are one-time implementation fees unless the solution description states otherwise. Applicable taxes such as VAT, GST or sales tax are calculated and collected by Paddle at checkout. Payment is due in full at the time of order.
Unless a solution description says otherwise, fees charged by third-party platforms that a solution relies on (for example domain registration, hosting, messaging, telephony or AI usage charges) are billed to you by those providers and are not included in our price. The domain and hosting offer in section 3A is an exception to this for its first year.
3A. Special offer: domain and hosting
For a limited time, orders for the AI-Ready Business Website, or a bundle that includes it, include:
- registration of one new domain name with a standard extension (such as .com, .in, .co or .net), excluding premium domains;
- the domain fee for the first year; and
- website hosting for the first year from launch.
The domain is registered in your name or your business's name, and you own it. After the first year, domain and hosting renew at the provider's standard rates, which are billed to you. We will remind you before renewal and can transfer the domain and website to a provider of your choice. If you already own a domain, we will connect it to your website instead; the offer has no cash value. We may end this offer at any time, and the terms that applied when you placed your order will apply to it.
4. Your responsibilities
To deliver your solution we need your cooperation. You agree to provide accurate business information, timely feedback, and access to the accounts and systems the solution connects to. Delivery timelines depend on this. You are responsible for the content you provide to us and for making sure you have the right to use it.
5. Delivery and acceptance
We will give you an estimated timeline when we confirm your setup details. When the solution is launched we will ask you to review it. We will fix any defects where the solution does not work as described in its listing.

You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase. See our Refund Policy for details.
7. Intellectual property
Once your order is paid in full, you own the website content, configuration and deliverables we create specifically for your business. We keep ownership of our pre-existing tools, templates, code libraries and know-how, and grant you a non-exclusive, perpetual licence to use them as part of your delivered solution. Third-party software and platforms remain subject to their own licences.
8. Support
After launch we remain available for support questions and adjustments within the scope of the solution you purchased. Larger changes or new features are quoted separately.
9. Acceptable use
You must not use a solution we deliver for any unlawful purpose, to send unsolicited messages in breach of applicable law or platform rules, or to infringe the rights of others. We may suspend work on a project that we reasonably believe breaches this clause.
10. Warranties and liability
We will perform our services with reasonable skill and care. Except as stated in these Terms, our services are provided "as is", and we do not guarantee specific business results such as a number of leads, bookings or sales. AI-based features can produce inaccurate output, and you remain responsible for how you use it.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profit, revenue or data. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
11. Confidentiality
Each party will keep the other's non-public business information confidential and use it only to perform or receive the services.
12. Termination
Either party may end a project by written notice if the other materially breaches these Terms and does not fix the breach within 14 days. Refunds on termination are handled under our Refund Policy.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Gautam Buddh Nagar (Noida), Uttar Pradesh, have jurisdiction over any dispute, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.
14. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force when you place an order applies to that order.
